About Product?
All products are 100% genuine that will be fully tested before shipment. All photos displayed are all taken in kind by Creataclip Store.
Do i need to pay customs tax?
Every country has her own duty policy, hengshanlao cannot make promise about that. But if you have any requirements, pls contact us, we will do our best to help you.
Do you ship to my country?
Worldwide Logistics, Air Freight Forwarding, We offer US, Canada, UK, and Australia shipping for most of our orders (unless specified on the product page), In certain countries, we cannot provide tracking as it is not available.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Order processing time takes 1-2 business days before shipment. You can ‘CONTACT US’ at support@creataclip.com for specific shipping times.
US orders ship USPS.

Can i change the Name/ address/Color?
Please send us the right name/address/color. BUT we do not offer this service during all the big promotion. Pls double check your orders before making the payment.
About Sign of Parcel?
Please open the parcel in post officer’s presence, if the parcel damaged or empty(stolen), please ask the post office to provide official document and make the compliant on the spot.
Can I change my shipping address or cancel after I place my order?
For a change of shipping address or cancellation after your order has been placed, please let us know ASAP so we can make the change. We cannot guarantee that the address will be updated in time or canceled before your item is shipped because orders are sent to our fulfillment team in a few hours and we cannot stop shipment at that point, so please give us the information as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I have a tracking number?
In certain countries, we cannot provide tracking as it is not available. Some orders will ship in multiple boxes.
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s my order?
We may ship in separate packages to either save cost or to get items faster to you Why have I not received any order confirmation details? Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email information incorrectly.
